Iron Kross Elite Fitness is Greenville's first and only premium full-service wellness facility. We built this place because this market deserved better — and we weren't going to wait for someone else to do it.

Co-founder and owner of Iron Kross Elite Fitness. Ashley oversees daily operations, member experience, and keeps the business running at the standard Iron Kross is built on. If you walk in, she's there.

Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All members receive key fob or app-based access. Staffed hours are Monday–Friday 6AM–9PM and Saturday–Sunday 8AM–6PM, but the facility is always accessible.
Custom gold-branded Iron Kross dumbbells from 5–150 lbs, 8,000+ lbs of branded plates, squat racks, benches, cable machines, functional training equipment, and a full cardio floor — all in black and gold.
Kross members get 1 guest pass/month. Elite members get 2 guest passes/month. Additional guest day passes are available for purchase at the front desk during staffed hours.
Independent trainers are welcome to train clients at Iron Kross at no revenue-share cost. Trainers must hold an active Elite membership ($99.99/mo). Trainer clients must be active members or purchase a day pass — day passes cannot be used by trainers to bring in non-member clients for paid sessions.
No — online coaching is available nationwide. Programs are delivered via the Iron Kross coaching app and are fully custom to you regardless of where you train. Elite Advanced clients will need to visit Greenville, TX for their 2 monthly in-person sessions with Tyler.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids used to support body composition, recovery, performance, and anti-aging. When used correctly under medical supervision, they are safe and effective. All Iron Kross peptide protocols are overseen by a licensed medical professional through our telemedicine partner. A consultation is required before any protocol begins.
No contracts on standard gym memberships — cancel anytime. Monthly PT unlimited plans require a 3-month minimum. Massage memberships require a 6-month minimum. Online coaching requires a 1-month minimum.
